Applewood Bacon is made using selected hand-trimmed pork bellies cured using special flavourings to give it a unique apple flavour. Once cured, the meat is naturally smoked using real hardwood chips, instead of artificial dips or sprays.


Preparation: Pan-fry or bake in oven until desired crispness is reached.
